Victoria Dahl has quickly become one of my favourite authors. I love how fantastic she is as a writer and I love her stories, especially her Jackson set stories. When I saw her new Girls Night Out novel I was chuffed and couldn't wait to get stuck into Flirting With Disaster.

The chemistry between Isabelle and Tom is probably the hottest of all the Victoria Dahl books I've read and I lapped it up. The Sparks were flying from the first page and I loved it. I was just waiting and waiting for them to get together.

The plot was a bit more serious than I'm used to from Victoria and at times it was a touch like reading a really hot crime novel, but I loved that extra bit of tension it created, it was wonderful to see the crackling tension between Isabelle and Tom made worse by the fact that Isabelle was so paranoid about Tom's real intentions as a Marshal. Isabelle's back story was super interesting, and it was nice to find out the truth, eventually.

Those who read my reviews know that third person narrative isn't my favourite unless written by Victoria who writes like a dream. I adore her writing so, so much. It's what makes her books for me because I just fly through them, at a rate of knots.

Flirting a With Disaster is yet another fantastic read from Victoria Dahl, it had everything I wanted - awesome characters, a really cool plot, and some very sizzling chemistry.
