Didn't like it as much as the first one. The plot felt all over the place. A new queen (who didn't even seem that two faced to me?), a serial killer, the drug trade, dragons, immortals, a rebellion, a mercenary company initiation…. It just felt like everything was happening and I didn't know what the focus should be. It's also starting to get a little religious?

Anyway I do like Michael as a character. Just bummed that this was a bit all over plot wise.
