This was the first ever book by Alice Oseman that i'd read and after hearing all of the hype about them and their writing, I definitely wasn't disappointed. This book was packed full of representations for all people regarding mental health, race, lgbtq+ and more. The diversity didn't feel forced, it just made every characters' situation feel unique and human. I Was Born for This was like nothing i'd read before, there was such an interesting concept and the multiple povs gave you both sides of the story. I can't wait to read more of Alice Oseman's works.
4.5 This book was very important and heartbreaking. I've heard that all the other books by Alice Oseman are better than this one. And I'm super excited!
