I actually read this book first. I blame that on me going on a reading binge at 2am and not checking the series number. I almost didn't pick it up because the cover threw me off. This series is a perfect example of don't judge the book by it's cover. This is hilarious, a little slower paced than the first book in comparison, but the pay off is just as well built up. Alexis makes another appearance! Other characters from the first book obviously pop up and our big bad is a very blatant commentary on some parts of our society. It's kept light, and if you aren't thinking about it you'll brush it off as just another part of the job.
