Hello - I'd like a side order of heartbreak with my tragedy. Seriously! Young had my emotions up and down and all over the place with this one. I have to say, she planted and sowed this one thing in my heart, that had me sniffling, and then it wasn't what it seemed. I say, well played Ms. Young. Your deception toyed with my heart, but you did it so well. Kudos to you. The relationship between Charlie and Jake is like a cat, it has nine lives. Just when I thought they were all good, I start listening to this book. So. Many. Emotions. I will say, I was happy at the end of it all. A lot of good endings for multiple characters.

While Charley and Jake exhausted me at times, I absolutely loved their story. It was a love story that had to be fought for, but I think both of them could appreciate the other more and what they meant to each other, when they got to the other side.

Great read and an excellent end to Charley and Jake's story.

I can't even deal with the stupidity in this book. Ugh. I finished it though and I didn't like any of it.
