Just when I wonder if this series can keep going, Burton changes it up a bit by taking us to the Olympics. I absolutely loved being at the games, and thought Burton did a great job bringing me there. Seriously, I shed a few tears during the medal ceremonies and everything.

I was a solid fan of Will and Amber's romance. Will was actually full of surprises, and I adored the way he treated and listened to Amber. She lived a very insular life, and it was fantastic seeing her take some big steps and make her own decisions, and Will supporting her was a wonderful plus in the whole equation. I liked catching up with Drew, and the update on him and Carolina made me smile. The ending was a little abrupt, but still sweet.

Overall: Another solid Play by Play book

Another enjoyable sports romance from Jaci Burton. It wasn't my favorite book in the series but it was still a sweet romance. Will and Amber were a great couple and I enjoyed getting to know them but there was something missing to make me completely love this book. The dialogue was a bit on the cheesy side (a lot of these athletes were such sweethearts to each other, everyone was amazing and supportive and just not that believable, that kind of thing) but aside from that, this was still a solid romance. I liked the Olympics background and setting, that was fun and I liked hearing about other characters from this series.
