This too is different from the earlier books in the series, more up close and personal, we got to know a lot more about the characters, and a very unexpected twist in the end made me want to hurry up and read more!

OMG I am so pissed off at Nick right now, he has become a complete jerk OMFG, and betraying Ash and the rest of the dark hunters what a dumb ass I mean really. It was a good story kinda ran on for a long time there but it was still good but I am still pissed about Nick, though I kinda figured he would be the one who betrayed them all.

I’ve never read a Dark-Hunter book before, so I wasn’t sure when I picked it up if I would be lost or not. I wasn’t too lost! The politics of it all is a little confusing and I’m still not sure I grasp it all, but the characters were great and the story was interesting. There were references to a few things in the past, but I’m not convinced they were actually covered in another book. Overall, I really enjoyed this, and will likely look for others by Kenyon.
