Trigger warnings for Aftermath: school shooting, mental illness, bullying

I expected nothing less than amazing from Kelley Armstrong. I especially loved this one.
I loved that it was full of raw feelings about a school shooting yet with a little bit of mystery added in to keep the plot rolling. I loved the relationship between Skye and Jesse and this was one of those rare times where I loved the dual point of view. I also really loved the complexity of Jesse's relationship with his brother and how even though he died, he wasn't portrayed as a good person. It was a sad story but it was nice to read about the aftermath of a shooting and how it affects so many different people.
