This was a very interesting way to analyze the different issues that woman face, which can affect their sexuality. The old married wife worrying about things getting stale, the young girlfriend worrying about this romance not lasting forever, the woman who is getting older and questioning her attractiveness, the mother who is feeling like her body is not her own. Wolitzer addresses these issues and more. Wolitzer brings a little "magic" to her story, this time, in the form of a spell that strips all the women of their sexual desires. I am a fan of her writing style and was throughly involved in this story. As a woman, I appreciated most of the social commentary.
