And the mystery unravels! We find out more and more about Reagan's powers and why she is so important. Her and Darius relationship finally takes the plunge (finally!) but she's not given in completely to his wishes! She's still holding back a little! hehe
We meet the young mage from book 1 again and find out she's quite powerful, it's a good thing she's decided to get on the Reagan train hehe.
Our happy dizzy married couple plays a huge part in Reagan's life now and together Darius, Reagan & the mage duo must find and destroy 'Agnon' - a demon who's very interested in Reagan...
The romance escalates which was nice - it's not very graphic though, it concentrates more on how they are feeling vs. the explicit act itself. More playboy than erotica. It was new to me, and though I'm a sucker for the details and a thorough lover of erotica - I had no issues with it, it was still great and left me with a smile on my face.
Vlad is up to no good I thinks! So we wanna keep an eye on him...Darius finally opens up about his age and the circumstances of his turning - slightly heartbreaking, I felt so bad for him, but it was nice to get more history about him.
This book was not AS good as the first one, but I still think it deserves 5*. The story continues and Reagan is still "learning on the go" in relation to her powers, there are lots she still doesn't know about it so I can't wait to read the final book [b:Fused in Fire|35835728|Fused in Fire (Fire and Ice Trilogy, #3)|K.F.
