whisperingchapters

One of the things I enjoyed reading when I started the book was the bond and the friendship that Isaac and Demetre haveāso close and caring for one another, no matter the circumstances. I found the information concerning the diary quite impressive, considering it is something new, something unheard of and to see it in a book and read about it, was shocking and powerful.
I want to mention so many things about this book but everything will lead to a spoiler and that is the last thing I want to do so I will keep this one short. For my Rebellion review I will try and write more without giving spoilers (that will be an eventful and difficult task). All in all, I enjoyed reading this book, even though it would give me the creeps at times. Just one minor detail: how Isaac and Demetre talk. They are teenagers. I don't get why they talk like an adult, in the sense that they give away too much, instead of being like a normal teenager that cuts off almost a whole sentence. I like that they were cordial but I think it wen't overboard a little. That is my only complaint.
