3.5/5. So I got a lot out of this book, but at the same time didn't completely agree with its teachings. I learned about my thoughts having power and to think positively, which really resonated with me. But I didn't agree with their claims that action isn't necessary, just Manifest what you want by sending your positive energy out into the universe. I couldn't connect with that but parts of The Secret was very helpful to me.
