Midnight’s End is the fifth book in the series and features some familiar faces. I would consider this a stand alone novel, you don't necessarily have read the first three books to follow this, but you do get to know the characters more intimately, plus the story just makes a bit more sense. I didn't think I would love Morgan as much as I did. This was yet another wonderful twist in the story about the Fae.
Midnight’s End follows Morgan and Knight. We mostly get to see the world through Morgan's eyes and I wept. I'm so glad we get to know her better, she's such a great character. Her character has so much depth and although she was seen as the villain in the first few books, we really get to know and understand the things she did. Her story is sad but at the end I felt really happy for Morgan.
You may not remember Knight from the previous books, but he helps Morgan on her journey. Their story is on hell of a twist and I was honestly surprised to find out who he really was.
ALSO THE TWIST AT THE END. OHHH MAH GAWD! Midnight’s End is by far my favourite book in this series. You will not be disappointed, it was perfect in every way. I cannot recommend it enough. I'm not sure if there will be another book in this series but I really hope there is one.
