The writing was exactly like in the previous books; easy! And once again, the chapters were very short - sometimes just two pages. I love short chapters - that means you can read just one chapter before you're off to sleep. If you're able to stop reading, that is - I wasn't! The story is told from multiple POVs; Robert Hunter's as well as the victims. I worked really well, and I don't know which I liked the most. This book is well balanced, even though I would've liked to be without those pictures on my brain! ;) If my boyfriend hadn't complained, I wouldn't have turned off the lights at night!
At one point in this book, I thought I'd figured it all out, but...well...no. I hadn't. It was clear that this was a trap, and I was just too naïv to not believe it. It kind of freaks me out how he comes up with his ideas, I mean...they're sick. They just are. And the fact that he's thinking of these nasty ideas...that's just too scary!
I've heard that this is the "worst" book in terms of creepyness, so that's my comfort. Even though I was sleepless for a couple of nights and I got paranoid, this book was definitely worth it!
