At first, it seemed like just another cheesy book and I was even willing to compare it to "The 10X Rule", but daamn. The Compound Effect blows that shit out of the water.

Everything has at least a statistic, a story or two to back it up, so it does not feel like just some wishful thinking.

And I actually made progress in some areas in my life just because of this book, so if you have any doubts, it's really worth it. And if I had to choose to keep only one book in my memory from this year, it would be this one. Already on my reread list.

Short and actionable. Little to no filler and great at motivating for action and setting sustainable achievable goals.

Not a lot of new concepts to readers already into improving through consistency, but a great entry point for people looking for a toolkit for how to set and achieve goals.
