Jo Davis writes a great romantic suspense, and this was no different. I enjoyed getting to know Tonio in this story, and was amazed by his strength and dedication to his job and the people he loved. Angel is a girl caught up in her brother’s messes, and one the one hand I felt bad for her, but on the other hand I felt like she made her own bed by allowing her brother to manipulate her. Despite that, I enjoyed how she tried to get herself out the situation after she met Tonio, and their chemistry was amazing. In true Jo Davis fashion there is plenty of action, suspense, and heat so I would highly recommend it!
