I have never read a book from this author before but I have to say that she did a good job. Slayed is a short book, very easy to read, although the plot was a little predictable. The relationship between Daphne and Tyler was way to fast to be believable. I have to say that my favorite character was Kiki all the way. She was funny, straightforward and sincere. All in all an enjoyable read.
