So much variety and so many ideas to mix things up! After reading all the recipes, I wish I could try them out all at once. Rigg presented many flavour combinations that range from the traditional to the more experimental, and also included tropical pairings. Coconut & mango anyone? I was sold the moment I laid my eyes on that recipe.

All recipes contained both metric and imperial measurements. I thought that that was a very practical decision because this saves the need to sit down and calculate the ingredient conversions before baking.

I would've bumped up the rating to five stars if a troubleshooting guide had been included. That is what would've made this book a must-have go-to guide. I'll try a recipe soon though. If everything turns out well, I'll probably buy a copy for myself since I borrowed this book from the library.
