"A story, set in the Sonoma wine valley, about the messy realities of family, the strength (and weaknesses) of romantic love, and the importance of finding a place to call home"--
Initial thoughts:Eight Hundred Grapes was an enjoyable audiobook to while away the time. You could say it was about Georgia's quarter-life crisis as she up and went, skipping down during her dress fitting for her wedding that she wasn't sure about anymore. This led her back to her childhood home where a lot more had changed than she expected. While it wasn't awfully exciting, I did enjoy listening to the story unfold and I cheered on as Georgia tried to figure out herself and her life.
