Initial thoughts: You could call this an action book, in that to get the most out of it, you should follow the steps outlined. That's something I didn't do, so I can't vouch for the effectiveness of the strategies.

However, upon my first read, I did pick up on general steps I can take in my day-to-day life, both for work and personal projects. Things like spending 30 minutes for 30 days on something, or setting aside 90 minutes once a month to plan things don't need to be done for another 90 days at least.

I've always been the type of person to get things done just in time for their deadlines and for years, I didn't start a minute sooner than I absolutely had to. I think implementing even just a few of those suggestions would help me become more productive and effective, all while reducing last minute panic.

Good book to add to the personal library to intentionally work through.
