A Man I Used To Know

Some things don't change:

Dr. Lila Marsden is on duty when Tom Bennet is brought into casualty. She recognises him at once - as a national rodeo champion and the man she used to love. He's still living the dangerous life of the rodeo cowboy.

Some things do: Tom's a single father now, and his children need a place to stay while he recuperates. Against her better judgement - her recently widowed father won't appreciate the intrusion - Lila takes them in. The kids are thrilled to be in a 'real' home. And they seem to be helping Lila's dad get over his sadness.

Some things should: Despite the fact that Lila and Tom still have feelings for each other, he's determined to rejoin the rodeo - although the rodeo was what drove them apart. But Lila's equally determined not to let the same old argument keep them apart.
