This is a recipe book for both young vegetarians and young people who would like to try a vegetarian way of life. The book also discusses why wholefoods are healthy and how vegetarians can obtain their supply of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and calcium. The recipes cover breakfasts, main meals, desserts, baking ideas, plus fun ideas for the young to cook themselves. Many of the recipes provide two ingredient list quantities to serve the family or to provide one portion only.
