Luke redeems himself in this book. He was a complete d-bag in Ava's story, breaking her heart. But you knew there had to be a story. He couldn't possibly be the guy to string a woman along for seven year just for an itch. Luckily he wasn't. He had his work cut out for him with Ava. He broke her heart, her trust and her faith in him. It's an uphill battle, but it was one he was willing to fight, even if that meant going up against her family and his own.
