I really enjoyed Wilde Nights in Paradise! I knew I would as soon as I saw the mentioning of a stalker! I love stalker stories! I do wish it had played a larger role in the overall plot, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Libby is the Assistant District Attorney, so threats aren't anything new to her. But this time, her father feels the situation is different, so he hires Jude and his brothers to protect her. Well, Jude and Libby had been engaged eight years ago until he shattered her heart. As much as he doesn't want to take the job, he knows he's perfect for it, since no one would find it suspicious if he reappeared in her life. Jude whisks Libby away to a beach house in Key West to keep her away from her stalker, but he can't keep her away from his heart.

Wilde Nights in Paradise was quite sexy! There's no dancing around the issue, since Libby is still attracted to Jude and hasn't been with a man since him. She asks for one night to get it out of her system, but obviously one night won't be enough. Those two are great together! I was a bit annoyed with the whole "Wah, I'm not sexy! No man wants me since him!" thing, especially since Libby is blonde with D-cups! Seriously?! She's like the definition of sexy! But whatever. Then there's strip Battleship! That is genius! Those two get quite creative in their sexual endeavors!

The plot was also pretty fun, if not totally exciting. Of course, everyone suspects it's the drug-lord she tried to put behind bars. But, being well-read in romances with a suspense plot, I knew it wasn't. In fact, Jude doesn't think it is either. And it's not, although I didn't figure out who. I do wish there had been a bit more tension involving Libby's stalker. For the most part, they're not even mentioned, and there isn't much going on until the very end. I suppose that's okay, since I was really into the second chance romance.

Wilde Nights in Paradise was really fun. I love stalkers and second chance romances, so everything worked for me. I also liked the sprinkles of humor throughout. And I'm sooo glad that protection was mentioned before Jude and Libby jumped into bed (or onto the pool table, as it were). I did not want to deal with another "Oops, we're pregnant. I wonder how that happened?" plot, and thankfully didn't have to.
