This book was I believe recommend for everyone to read by Katherine Locke. I am so glad I listened to her recommendation. This book is so so lovely and taught me about a part of WWII that I know very little about.
What the Night Sings shows what happens after the camps were liberated, and how the people inside had to start over from scratch with nothing. It's a truly heartbreaking and warming story all at the same time. Please if you can go and read this one.
