Samantha "Savvy" has been forced by her mother to switch schools and leave the life she loves behind to play the doting daughter. Jasper is the king of BA and when he gets a whiff of the fresh meat, he is determined to make Samantha bow down to him. With her true identity a secret, Samantha tries to play nice but she will always be Savvy to the core and will protect the ones she loves.
I was excited that we were going to get to see the Royals after all the teases about them in the UofJ books. I was captivated from the very beginning all the way to that cliff-hanger at the end will leave you with an epic book hangover. EVIL is the only way to describe the ending and now I am counting down the days until the release of Ruthless Nobel to see what happens. Samantha "Savvy" is strong, take no prisoners type of woman and that grates on Jasper which just fuels the sexual tension between them that vibrated off the pages. The slow burn was completely worth the wait. I can not wait for the conclusion to this story and I hope that we will get more of the Royals in the future. A must-read of 2021!
