Hot Ticket by Olivia Cunning

Hot Ticket (Sinners on Tour, #3)

by Olivia Cunning

Where's the Fine Line...

Between darkness and desire

Need and oblivion

Pain and pleasure

A man as talented as Sinner bass guitarist Jace Seymour needs a woman who can beat out his self-doubt...

A woman as strong as Mistress V needs a man she can't always overpower...

And in each other's tight embrace, an escape from harsh reality is always a welcome diversion...

I didn't mean to read this one so soon. I kind of had a plan - one of these books per month.

But noooo, I got really curious about the rest of the guys' love stories. And oops, somehow the book is open and I'm reading it. I really have no idea how that happened.

Right off the gate, this book was SO MUCH BETTER than the first two. I can't take off stars from book #1 & #2 because I really did enjoy them, but damn, this actually had a pretty good balance between the sexy times and plot/talking stuff.

And Jace was freakin' adorable, and I'm glad Auggie didn't take long to realize her feeling or anything like that.

The only thing I wish was different was Kara. Was it necessary to make her the girl? And why won't he just tell Brian the reason he didn't call was also because, err, his father had just died?? and he was shipped to a group home?? Like, that's important info (although in the grand scheme of things, it mattered little).

I'm getting a bit upset with how the biggest conflicts of these books so far are injuries. Like, seriously, every book has at least two of them!! But, now that it went through the whole group, perhaps the new album curse has been broken?
