Not too bad...

We can't have a Billionaire Hero without a little bit of drama can we?

This story wasn't too bad. We have two very emotionally scarred main characters who don't do relationships but feel a connection from the first time they see each other...my first eye roll. They both happen to be extremely wealthy and beautiful...second eye roll. They both just want sex without the serious stuff...not an eye roll, but haven't I heard that one before?

The mystery wasn't too bad, but I guessed pretty early how the jigsaw pieces fitted together.

Once the main characters hit the sheets, I didn't think we were going to get much story at all, but eventually we got back to the mystery and it started to get interesting.

The Hero got a bad case of 'man brain' where he pushed the heroine away, but she wasn't much better with her "stand by her man" while he worked out his issues...third eye roll.

Overall, I enjoyed my first experience of a new genre to me - Smut Suspense. This is the first book in the series with a HFN ending. The second book is with the same characters and I will definitely be looking to buy it.
