This one I received a few weeks back and had yet to jump in a read it, another one from the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. I really did not realize what I was missing! I went back and picked it out, because I noticed it was on a required reading list in a few years for a curriculum I am considering. Now I know why.
This book is amazing! Filled with wonderful illustrations and whitty rhymes and lyrical prose this page turner will keep your kiddo's book at tgeir mose. *giggles* Honestly though, the word play is great and the sound words bring the Little Horse's adventure to life. This is a great one for interaction and learning.
