Wow! There is really something to be said for a good mentor/student/student relationship! Tara Rose's "Training Summer" has one of them, and it was delightful to witness. Wes and Summer are curious about BDSM, and Dalton is stepping in to show them the ropes (pun intended). As the story moves on, the three of them must face many challenges on their way to happiness, and, you, as the reader get to ride right along with them.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I love Tara Rose's books. They're well written, clever, and the suck you in from page one. The sex scenes are scorching...really, really scorching, but they're distributed throughout so you're not overwhelmed by them. Like her "Racy Nights" series, the "Passion Peak, Colorado" series has an ongoing plot, a mystery really, and even though they can be read as stand alone books, you'll get more out of the story if you read the series from the beginning.

I've learned a lot from Tara's books. I didn't really know much about the BDSM lifestyle but was curious, and through her, I am discovering a whole new world. She gently leads you into scenes so that the really heavy play doesn't hit you at breakneck speed, but you do get there. There is romance, but it's not sappy. The characters are real and down to earth. They have families, jobs, and friends. You'll want to know them, and most of all, you'll want to pack your bags and move to Passion Peak. I highly recommend "Training Summer". You won't be disappointed.
