I was given this book in return for a honest review.

In this book we are introduced to Peter a WW2 vet, who is encompassed to the devil, for making the ultimate sacrifice. The beginning of the book, you are introduced to him after he just gotten into a horrible car accident. He is then taken to the ER, and this is where you meet Dr. Allison Le Croux aka "Dr. Al". Both of these characters have their secrets, a secret they've kept to only the people closest to them. But with their encounter in the ER, changes both their lives, possibly forever.

And it doesn't stop there from this one encounter, the book is basically non-stop from there. Full of action, desire, longing, hatred, and skepticism.

As many of you know, we'll that's the people who actually read my reviews. I don't generally give too much information on what happens in the book itself. This way there isn't any spoilers, or anything that could be potentially important to the storyline.

I however do give my opinion on the book and the author, and so here it goes. This book the minute I read the first few pages drew me in, it was seriously non stop from the get go. The writing was well written, and had an easy to follow flow. The storyline itself is original and the characters and scenery layout was easy to imagine. This author did an amazing job with this book, and brava to her for doing this while she was on call and in her spare time. It definitely gives potential author hope that they themselves can do this as well.

And as for the book itself, I highly recommending picking up a copy and giving this book a go. I do wonder if there will be more books later on.
