Segunda parte de "El poder del perro", que comienza justo donde termina el anterior. En realidad, es como si no fuera una segunda parte sino un segundo tomo del mismo libro. El estilo no cambia, las historias que cuenta son absolutamente increíbles y al mismo tiempo las hemos leído todos en los periódicos. En esta segunda parte (entre otras mil historias) vemos cómo surge la costumbre de grabar los asesinatos y de colgar narcomantas y se nos habla también del blog "Esta Vida", que no es más que el trasunto de "El blog del narco" (ojo con el blog del Narco en internet, imágenes fuertes y reales). Vemos historias sacadas de las noticias como la de don Alejo Garza, que se fundió él solito a unos cuantos Zetas y puso en fuga a los demás, a los 77 años, defendiendo en solitario su rancho. Vemos cómo el poder de la droga y el dinero afecta a todos los estratos de la sociedad mejicana, cómo al final las drogas son un componente más del PIB de un país. El protagonista, Art Keller, que juró matar a Adán Barrera, sigue en su cruzada solitaria, que dura otros cuantos años en esta segunda parte.
Absolutamente adictivo, bien escrito y real, muy real. Insuperable.
