I received an ARC through NetGalley.

Kissed was cute, yet weird, but interesting. It's also one of those story ideas that's better suited to a full-length novel rather than a 40 page novella. Bea can travel between parallel worlds, which is exactly what she's doing in order to...I'm not sure. She's a princess who was caught kissing her bodyguard, and she's engaged, so she's trying to get away from it all, I suppose. Then she meets Aiden and agrees to go back to his room with him in order to try to forget about Turner and have one good sexual experience before she's married. Well, Aiden is not who she thinks he is, and that one good sexual experience is better than she could have hoped for.

I did liked Kissed a lot, but it was kind of confusing. There's a whole other world where Bea and Turner are from, and it works much differently than ours (in addition to the parallel world traveling). There is a twist with the Bea/Aiden situation, which I did predict, but not the specifics which just went right over my head. A little extra world building would have helped a lot. The premise is really great and I would have loved to see it expanded more. Overall though, Kissed is a sweet little Sci-Fi Romance.
