Hans and Sophie Scholl: German

The German resistance is something not talked about very often until recently. It's one of my favorite things to learn about though. The Resistance and in particular the White Rose Society is one that I had heard about before, but I didn't know exact details until today. This mostly sibling ran society is one that got the German people to realize what was going on in there country and how they were being lied to.
Not only do we learn about the society, but also as well how students were made to serve. Somehow that was a detail that I had never heard of before, that I can remember.

I do want to read other books by this author because he gave all the details, while also making it an interesting read. That's not something that easy to make happen in nonfiction especially in a little over 100 pages and with pictures added in as well.

If you can get your hands on a copy of this one and like learning about history then definitely pick it up.
