It's been quite a long since I've read this book before it was re-edited and it was such an honor to get to review the re-edited version! Not only that, but Priya is one of my new favorite authors, so I was happy I got to support her along the way on this awesome journey of hers. I want to say it's been over a year since I first read it, so it was like reading a new book all over again.

Man, if I didn't love Axel and Ren before, it has pretty much turned into something more this time around. I got to fall in love with the both of them all over again. Ren is still the strong girl I remember and I loved the pace of hers and Axel's relationship. For me, it can be a hit or miss with the quick relationship, and I like that she was able to remain honest with Dean (childhood friend turned douchebag turned he's not sooo bad after all). It's clear he still love and cares for her, but could it be something more that's making him feel that way? Ren has been dealt quite the horrible hand in life, but she makes it through and she pretty much has the best support anyone could ask for.

Axel ... I am in love with him even more! He did lose some points in the boyfriend department, but he figured it out. Gosh, in the beginning of their relationship, I must have been super emotional because I was completely gutted ... I was like man what is up with my emotions. I wanted knock Axel in the head to get some sense into him. Anyways, he's quite the romantic man that rides a motorcycle and can kick your ass. I think we're all set here.

In the beginning of the book, you get A LOT of info, I did find myself at times re-reading things to make sure I understand all concepts of this crazy world. But it didn't hinder anything for me, as a huge paranormal lover, it fueled my intrigue for their world.

I would have to say, well done Priya! You're an amazing writer and to me, everything flowed perfectly. I am extremely excited to read the rest of Axel and Ren's story. I know that so much is to happen, so I can't wait to see how things unfold!
