I like the way this book really brought the characters to a more complete resolution. I was really satisfied with the way the last book ended - it could have been the end of the series for me. But actually, now that I've read this book, I can see why they felt the need to give us more of a conclusion. Mattie and Tyler had some loose ends to tie up and I love the way Huss and Mclain showed them really moving past their internal struggles, now that their external battles seem to be over.
