I received this book from the author to provide an honest review. The story was suspenseful and action filled. It had a lot of twists and turns. Initially I found it a bit difficult to get into the story, however by the middle of it my interest was peaked and I could not wait to see what will happen next.

Sarah was a very strong person who was an empath who was managing her parents sporting goods store for the summer. She was able to sense the emotions of persons around her which was sometimes overwhelming for her.

I was a bit perturbed with how Sarah was so trusting of Evan especially seeing that he appeared so immediately after her attack. In addition the fact that she was unable to sense his feelings should have made her skeptical of him. the fact There are a lot unanswered questions, such as
a. Why did Evan's mom go through such lengths to protect him?
b. How did Sarah became an Indigo Child?
c. Where beings come from?
d. How did Evan and Stephano knew how to find Sarah?
These areas should have been developed more so as not to leave the reader guessing.

The ending was ok although there was still uncertainty as it relates to Stephano's whereabouts.
Overall this was an enjoyable read.
