I discovered Harper Sloan by accident really. I was given an ARC of Bleeding Love for review. I devoured the book in 1 sitting. I decided to go back and read the 1st series. Axel is a good book. There is true love, suspense, a damsel in distress, and a slew of hunky men! If you are offended by descriptive sex or excessive use of the F word, avoid this book. However, if you aren't bothered by those things (I am a prude and it didn't bother me), and you love a good damsel in distress/2nd chance story, this is a great book. I plan to continue with the whole series. Harper has a great writing style that makes you feel the characters fear, love, and emotion.
