Erika is forced to take a vacation, and off she goes to Alaska to be with her friend, whom she hasn't talked to in a while. It takes a while for Erika to actually loosen up and be comfortable where she is. I was able to relate a little to her, since sometimes, it can take me a while to become used to my surroundings.
Meeting Reed gave me all the feels. I loved the way he teased Erika, all the while trying to ignore the feelings he had for her. It was so nice to see these two characters come together. I especially loved how Reed truly believed in her.
Overall, a wonderful story to cozy up with on a rainy day with a good cup of hot coffee.
