I picked this up because I'm a huge fan of the show and I was curious. It's interesting to see the differences between the two - and there are many. The overall themes and moods are the same and many of the plot points are the same but there are major character differences.

I think really I would rate this 3.5 stars. While I enjoy the art, atmosphere and general plot, I felt the writing itself was a little lacking. Dialogue is many times cheesy or downright ridiculous. It's not horrible, just annoying in some places. I'm definitely going to keep reading the series, though and would definitely recommend to fans of the show.
