This is one of those books that you can completely devour in a matter of hours, have little information on the characters complete backstory, and still bawl your eyes out when it ends. Reading this both was both a reprieve from heavier reads and focused on the good in life for a day, but also drove in the point of death. It was beautifully written, and I wish I would have had more time with these characters, but I believe that was the point.
