The relationship between Audrey and Troy was natural and believable. I always appreciate when the emphasis is not on the physical, and did appreciate the way that Troy was such a gentleman he wouldn't consider doing more than just kissing Audrey outside of marriage.
While Troy was a billionaire and Audrey was not, even the money was not emphasized as a big deal, other than Troy's friend, Mike, being concerned that she might be a gold-digger. Even Troy wasn't really concerned with his money other than being glad he could use it to help others.
While there was a Christian element to the book, it was not strong nor was it forced on the reader. The story dealt with trust and forgiving others but was not preachy in any way. I don't believe a non-Christian would be offended by the story and the elements of Christianity that were there.
(I'm being careful here to not reveal more than I should, hopefully this doesn't spoil things too much for you) One thing that I wish had been clarified in the resolution of their conflict. Troy mentioned early into their relationship that he was saving himself for marriage, but then the suggestion was made that maybe he hadn't saved himself . It would have been nice to know if it was just the tabloids who were wrong, or if he made commitment after he started with a clean slate.
