Reckless Love

I am a huge fan of Kendall Ryan and generally adore any book she writes. So I'm a bit saddened that RECKLESS LOVE was not a book that I enjoyed.

Even though this is the second book in the Hard to Love series, it can be read as a stand alone. This story focuses on MMA fighter and the gym nurse, Kenzie, who has caught his attention.

There was something about these characters that I found hard to connect with. There were moments when I would like them separately, but I spent the majority of the book wondering why they were involved with each since all the ended up doing was hurting the other.

As for the storyline, I wanted more. I wanted to know a bit more of Ian's backstory (there had to be more to him than just fighting. He didn't come off as a trust fund kid) and what happened with his sister to lead her down the path she went.

Although this isn't my favorite book of Kendall Ryan, this will appeal to those that enjoy MMA stories.
