Whole30 changed my life for the better. I had heard about the program in some online health&fitness groups that I am in, but it was always framed in a "30 day diet" kind of way. When I finally went to the website to read the rules and make the decision for myself, I was surprised to see that there was a lot more to it. Reading this book helped me gain the right perspective for the healthy changes I was making.
If you are considering the Whole30, please read this book. It provides science behind the program, gives you the why, and gets your head on correctly about WHY you would want to participate in the program. It isn't something you do for 30 days to drop weight and then go back to your normal eating habits -- reintroduction is just as important. I cannot recommend this enough.
