You'd have thought that after all this the little mouse would be exhausted, but he is unstopable and full of ideas to keep him busy through the day! The consequences of giving a cookie to this energetic mouse run the young host ragged, but young readers will come away smiling at the antics that tumble like dominoes through the pages of this delightful picture book.
"If you give a mouse a cookie, he'll want a glass of milk." This set of a storm when it was published. I loved this book so much! I quoted it for a long time, and I can still say the first few pages with no problem.
