I must admit, I shed some tears there towards the end. I have to say, I did enjoy this series, and am sort of sad to say goodbye to Harper. She was such a great character, and getting to be part of her journey from shallow southern belle to fierce woman warrior was a treat.

This book focused on David leaving Pine Grove and he descent into full oracle mode. As he became more and more oracle, there was less of him. This put Harper and everyone else in grave danger as he spun out of control. Harper, Bee, and Blythe, embark on a road trip to find David and stop him before it's too late. Lots of action and laughs along the way, but it's the ending that got me right in the feels. The tears blurred my vision as I waited to Hawkins final decision in this tale.

A good ending, at least, one that I can live with.
