This is my first and last foray into reading Rainbow Rowell. There comes a time when I have to suspend my disbelief so much, that a story rooted in what is supposed to be mirroring real-life, becomes fantasy. I felt this book did me a disservice by calling it Fangirl, about a fangirl, in a fandom, and missing core components of what it means to actually be in a fandom and how it affects you.

I could go on about this forever, but I'll just stop right here.
