I was a little apprehensive about reading this one, surely after Daughter of the Flames she couldn't suck me in as well again? Wrong. This one also sucked me in and compelled me to keep reading.

Frostfire hears a wolf in her dreams and when she is in danger that wolf, who calls her daughter, comes out and savagely attacks those who have put her in danger. This led to her mother and her running for many years and now she is on her own, there are those who would kill her for this strange, almost posession, but there is one whose love might just help her and set her free.

I loved this story, there were times when it seemed to lag a little and where things got a little bogged down, but as the story unfolded and the ending hit me it just shone for me. I would recommend this series to lovers of Fantasy, YA or not.
