The writing isn't bad, and the pictures are pretty cute, but frankly I believe readers will enjoy reading the original tales, or a different retelling much more. This is basically a very condensed version of both "Snow White" and "Cinderella," which essentially means most of the excitement and suspense have been left out, and readers are left only with the main points of the plots.
