Summer at Rachel’s Pudding Pantry by Caroline Roberts

Summer at Rachel’s Pudding Pantry (Pudding Pantry, #3)

by Caroline Roberts

The Pudding Pantry opens its doors for summer. And there are wedding bells on the horizon . . .

The sun is shining as Rachel and her gorgeous beau, Tom, prepare to tie the knot at Primrose Farm.

It takes a village to pull off the perfect country wedding and Rachel couldn’t be more grateful for her friends and family as they roll out the haybales and string up the bunting – all she needs to do is focus on her Happy Ever After.

But no wedding is without drama. A face from the past is looking to stir up trouble in the village and there’s a secret following Rachel all the way up the aisle . . .

With old friends, new promises and a little borrowed time, will Rachel get the wedding of her dreams?

This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews I received this book for free from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. Thank you to One More Chapter for my copy of this book via NetGalley. I loved the first two books in this series so when Caroline asked if I would take part in this tour I jumped at the chance!

We return to the Pudding Pantry in the run up to Rachel and Tom's wedding. These two are really put through the wringer in this one. There are lots of ups and downs throughout the book and I really felt for these two. It just seemed like they couldn't catch a break at times.

This book also had some chapters from Eve's POV which I really enjoyed. It's always interesting to see another POV and Eve has a lot going on in this book too.

Caroline does an amazing job of setting the scenery for this book. Set in a lovely village in Northumberland I'd defiantly love to visit. If only I could visit the Pudding Pantry too! I also loved the log cabin the girls visit too! I do love a cabin with a hot tub!

The book is of course also filled with lots of delightful recipes for you to try out. I'm pretty tempted to try the cheesecake myself! It sounds gorgeous! I also loved the little nod to Caroline's other books with the castle and the chocolate shop.

This book is a perfect read full of sweet treats and escapism romance. It's a great summery read!
